About the role;
As a Healthcare Assistant for Maria Mallaband Care Group we ask for you to care for our residents like they are your own family, caring for their Physical, Psychological and Social needs. Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals. We would love to hear from you if you have previously worked as a Care Assistant, Care Giver, Homecare Worker or Community Support Worker, but, as we provide full training, we also welcome applications from candidates who do not have previous experience.

Qualifications in Care is desirable but not essential. (Level 2, 3, 4 and so on) As training and support will be offered.
Previous experience working in a Care Home environment is desirable but not essential.
A committed and organised approach.
A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible to work shifts.

Wallace View Care Home
One of Stirlingâ€™s most popular care homes, Wallace View is situated in the heart of a modern housing estate and has stunning views of the nearby Wallace Monument and Stirling Castle. Wallace View is dual registered to provide specialist nursing and dementia care, the home can also cater for long and short term respite breaks as and when availability allows. Facilities include en-suite bedrooms with walk in shower facilities, spacious lounges on the top and bottom floors, secure and spacious gardens, an on-site hair and beauty salon and a relatives room, in which loved one are able to stay. The home also features a restaurant standard kitchen to prepare freshly cooked foods tailored to the residentsâ€™ needs and preferences. A full programme of activities and events is available seven days a week. The home benefits from strong links to the local community thanks to hosting various community events throughout the year and access to a mini-bus for day trips out.
